IndiGo Applicable on all routes: As per the recent government guidelines to extend the lockdown period, we have suspended flights until 31 May’2020 We are in the process of cancelling the reservations for the period of 18th to 31 May’2020 and protecting the amount in the form of credit shells in the customers PNRs, which will be shared with you in the next 5-7 days. The credit shell can be used anytime within 1 year from the issued date to make a booking for the same customer(s), through the same booking channel.

SpiceJet Applicable on all routes: In view of the Government directive to extend the lockdown to tackle the covid-19 outbreak, Spicejet has suspended all its flight operations till 31 May’2020. We are cancelling the reservations of those who booked themselves for travel from 18 May’2020 till 31 May’2020. Upon cancellation your entire amount will be maintained in a credit shell and the same may be used to make fresh booking and travel till 31 March’2021 for the same passenger.

GoAir Applicable on all routes: The below applies to all GoAir bookings for travel between March 19- May 17,2020, both dates inclusive. GoAir is automatically protecting your ticket and fare for travel up to 17 May’2021. You can use the value of your ticket for travel on a future date and for any GoAir sector You do not have to phone us to do this, your ticket and fare paid is being automatically protected There will be a one-time waiver of charges fees, but fare difference ,if any, will be applicable While sector changes is permitted, name changes is not permitted For all NEW bookings made after March 11, 2020 for travel between May 18, 2020 to December 31, 2020, GoAir is offering free reschedule for our passengers You can reschedule your travel to any other date without incurring rescheduling charges up to 14 days before original travel date There will be one-time waiver of change fees, but fare difference ,if any, will be applicable Rescheduling done within14 days o departure will attract rescheduling charges Sector and name change is Not permitted

AirAsia Applicable on all routes: To support the Government’s measures to contain COVID-19, all commercial airline operations are suspended until the 31 May’2020. We understand that the travel plans will be affected and assure you that our teams are dedicated to minimizing the inconvenience caused to you. You may choose one of the following service recovery options in order to help us help you at the earliest. 1. Unlimited Flight change: Change to any new travel date before 31 October 2020 on the same route any time up to 04 hours before flight departure without any additional cost subject to seat availability. Changes can be done through AVA chat 2. Full credit account which will be valid for 730 days: Kindly request you guest to sign up as a Big member on Airasia.com using the same email id as used during the booking and fill the form http://air.asia/1pGd7 to request for a credit account. Note: The credit note shall be the net ticket value paid to the airline and shall exclude all third-party charges paid including, but not limited to, processing or convenience fees.

AirIndia Express Applicable on all routes: All new and existing bookings for Travel up to 3rd May 2020 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges apply as per fare rules Change Policy: Only One Change Fee is waived off, (fare difference if any would apply). There is no urgency to change the travel date and the same may be done once the passenger decides on his new travel dates till March 2021.

Star Air Applicable on all routes: As per the latest Government order the lockdown has been extended and also all star Air Flights are suspended till 3rd May’2020. All Travellers schedule to Travel between 25 Mar 2020 to 3 May 2020, can cancel their travel and the full amount will be set up as a star credit in the PNR of the travelling passenger. We are in the process of cancelling the bookings, and converting them into Star Credit account to secure all your money, which can be used by the same passenger any time before 31 March’2021, so no need to call for cancellation. Fare difference will apply only while booking a ticket with a high fare. Bookings can be made by calling to our call center.

Emirates Applicable on all routes: Customers with tickets issued on/before 31st March who are impacted due to: Travel ban: Where there is government notification that prohibits travel Travel advisory: General government advisory against non-essential travel Quarantine requirements: Mandatory quarantine at origin or destination Mandatory lockdown: Countries in which government have issued a mandatory lockdown and customers are therefore unable to reach airport Flight cancellation: Flights cancelled by Emirates are eligible for Rebooking and Travel Voucher options: Travel voucher for ticket value with a validity of 12 months from date of issue. Customers with flight bookings for travel on or before 30 June 2020 can rebook their flights to any Emirates destination within the same region without a rebooking fee or paying any fare difference. Emirates regions are: Africa; Australasia; Europe; Far East; Gulf, Middle East and Iran; Indian Ocean Islands; North America; South America; West Asia.

Etihad Airways Applicable on all routes: Passengers due to travel before 30 June 2020 Re-booking policy: One date change fee exempted for Travel on or before 30 June 2020 (Fare difference if any would apply) Refund Policy: Only Etihad credit will be issued, Book new ticket on or before 30 Sep 2020 for outbound travel starting before 31 July 2020 (Fare difference if any would apply)

Turkish Airlines Applicable on all routes: TERMS & CONDITIONS FROM/TO UAE ORIGINAL FLIGHT DATES 14 MARCH 2020 - 15 APRIL 2020 TICKETED ON/BEFORE 15 MARCH 2020 OPERATING CARRIER TURKISH AIRLINES ACTION DATE UNTIL 15 APRIL 2020 (Including) REBOOKING* & REROUTING** IF ALL NEW REQUESTED TRAVELING DATES ARE ON/BEFORE 31 MAY 2020 Rebooking and rerouting will be made without any rebooking fee, even for different classes in the same cabin of original ticket (no fare difference – no rebooking fee). IF ALL NEW REQUESTED TRAVELING DATES ARE AFTER 31 MAY 2020 Rebooking and rerouting will be made without any rebooking fee. Kuwait Airways Applicable on all routes: 1.REFUNDABLE TICKETS Refund on Fully unutilized tickets: Refund without deducting any refund penalty charges (Refund can be processed through BSP-link). Refund on partially utilized tickets as per fare rules. Date Change Penalty waiver is applicable as per the ticket validity. Re-issue/Re-routing Reissue/Rerouting is permitted without charging reissue/rerouting penalty charges. Any difference in Fare, Taxes, Surcharges must be collected. 2. NON-REFUNDABLE TICKETS Fully or partially un-utilized tickets Date change or re-routing is permitted without any reissue/rerouting penalty charges. All travel to be completed by 31st December 2020. Any difference in Fare, Taxes, Fees and surcharges must be collected as per the fare conditions. Date Change Penalty waiver is applicable for all travel to be completed by 31st December 2020.

Air Arabia Applicable on all routes: Modification – 24hrs prior to Travel date Free Re-booking: Allowed (fare difference if any would apply). Free Cancellation: Allowed (No Refunds, Only credit voucher to be used within 1 year on any Air Arabia Flights.

Flynas Applicable on all routes: Passengers can cancel\change their Domestic and International bookings as per rules below: Creation Date: All bookings made before 31 March 2020. Travel Period: 09 March 2020 till 30 April 2020. No change fees for first time only Applicable for all Bookings made through flynas.com or call center. Fare difference applicable Change your flight to any date till 5th October 2020 In case of cancellation, full amount will be saved as a credit under the same booking reference for 1 year starting from the cancellation date and the passenger can use it for any of flynas domestic or international destinations. The above conditions apply to all domestic and international flights. Passengers who booked through travel agencies must contact the agency to change \ cancel their bookings.

flydubai Applicable on all routes: Flight suspension effect from Tuesday 24 March 2020 at 23:59 (UAE Time) until Tuesday 07 April 2020 at 23:59 (UAE Time) Cancellations If your flight is cancelled, the following options are available to you: Refund You can request a refund to flydubai voucher. A flydubai voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Rebooking You can rebook, free of charge, to travel up to 60 days from your original date of travel. If you choose to rebook more than 60 days from your original date of travel, any difference in fare will apply. Change in travel plans If you would like to change your travel plans, the following options are available to you: Refund You can request a refund to flydubai voucher and normal fare rules will apply. A flydubai voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Cancellations You can rebook without penalty to travel at a later date; any difference in fare will apply. Normal fare rules will apply to any changes made to your booking after 16 April 2020.
